PRICE FOR A MINIMUM STAY OF  30 NOCHES  1000 € FOR 3 PEOPLE (MAXIMUM)

In the building we have a limited number of 2 bedroom apartments.

They have been recently refurbished and are more spacious due to the second bedroom and no one having to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge.

Apartments are comfortable and tastefully furnished.

The apartment long stay prices are for 3 guests. There are two single beds in each bedroom.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with:

• Fridge freezer
• Electric kettle
• Toaster
• Microwave and two electric hobs
• Utensils and necessary crockery for the number of people staying in the apartments.

The bathrooms of our 2 bedroom apartments have walk in showers (currently not available in the 1 bedrooms).

Television with local Spanish channels and some British satellite channels in the lounge.

All the apartments are fully electrical, with individual hot water boilers.

The apartments have sunny south facing balconies (some of which are closed in with sliding glass windows)

Heating in winter included

Cleaning Service

1 change of sheets and towels per week

1 laundry service (wash and dry) per week

Light cleaning floors and bathroom (not including kitchen) is included each time you have the changes.

Extra charge for following services available

Wifi available (An external company provides the service)

Safety deposit box in apartment, key available in reception

If you require any extra towel or linen changes you can ask on arrival at the reception desk for prices (The extra changes do not include the light cleaning of the apartment)
