PRICES
The price is per apartment per day and for the minimum stay as indicated in the dates requested.
For shorter stays please consult with us.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT GROUPS OF MORE THAN 16 PEOPLE
CLEANING SERVICE
The following cleaning and linen change services are included in the price:
- Stays of more than 7 nights :
- Linen changed once per week(1st week on arrival only)
- Towels changes twice a week
- Stays of 7 nights :
- Linen on arrival only
- Towels changes twice during stay.
- Stays 4 to 6 nights :
- Linen on arrival only
- Towels changes once during stay
- Stays of less than 4 nights :
- NO extra linen or towels change , on arrival only.
Light cleaning floors and bathroom (not including kitchen) is included each time you have the changes.
If you require any extra towel or linen changes you can ask on arrival at the reception desk:
- Extra linen change : 5 € per person
- Extra towels change : 3 € per person
(The extra changes do not include the light cleaning of the apartment)
SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you require an apartment on a low or high floor, with open balcony , or any other request, we will do our best to accommodate you however we cannot guarantee any requests.
DEPOSIT
On your arrival, when you collect the keys for your apartment, you will be required to pay a deposit of 50 € per person in cash (or equivalent in sterling) as a guarantee against damage, refundable on departure day after checking your apartment.
The apartment should be left in the same conditions as you find it.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in – at 17.00 h. (If the apartment is clean and ready before we will be able to check you in)
Check out – at 10.00h.
PERSONAL DETAILS
Your personal details will be protected as per data protection regulations and never passed on to a third party or used for commercial purposes.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
For your own security and the other guests, the occupancy of the apartment must not exceed the number of persons booked , for this would lead to the eviction from the apartment with no refunds permitted.
APARTMENT REGULATIONS
In order to respect others staying in the apartments and to ensure everyone’s enjoyment of their holidays, there are certain basic rules and behaviour which must be abided by, which if broken could lead to the eviction from the apartments.
In this case there would be no refund of the remainder of the stay.
PETS
No pets allowed in the apartments.
