1 BEDROOM APARTMENTS

In the building there are 154 apartments on 26 floors (of which Marvill has over 85). They are suitable for either families or couples. Apartments are comfortable and tastefully furnished.

The apartments are for 2-4 guests maximum (including infants) and have two single beds in the bedroom, and in the lounge a sofa bed for an additional two people. For families with infants cots can be provided (subject to availability).

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with:

• Fridge freezer
• Electric kettle
• Toaster
• Microwave and two electric hobs
• Utensils and necessary crockery for the number of people staying in the apartments.

 In all the bedrooms there is a safety deposit box , key available in reception(extra charge).

Each apartment has a bathroom with bath , shower, bidet and toilet.

Television with local Spanish channels and some British satellite channels in the lounge.

All the apartments are fully electrical, with individual hot water boilers.

The apartments have sunny south facing balconies (some of which are closed in with sliding glass windows)

Cleaning Service

The following cleaning and linen change services are included in the price:
Stays of more than 7 nights :

- Linen changed once per week(1st week on arrival only)
- Towels changes twice a week

Stays of 7 nights :

- Linen on arrival only
- Towels changes twice during stay.

Stays 4 to 6 nights :

- Linen on arrival only
- Towels changes once during stay

Stays of less than 4 nights :

- NO extra linen or towels change , on arrival only.

Light cleaning floors and bathroom (not including kitchen) is included each time you have the changes.

If you require any extra towel or linen changes you can ask on arrival at the reception desk. The extra changes do not include the light cleaning of the apartment
